Filters
You can use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your view by assessment type. As not all filters apply to all assessments, you’ll need to select an assessment to begin drilling down into specific filters:
- All
- One-way interviews
- Live interviews
- Predictive assessments
- Reference checks
Once you pick an assessment type, the sorting options will appear. Check the Assessment data by type table above to see what information is available for each type.
Sorting
When you choose one assessment type, a Sort by button appears above the table so you can better organize the columns. Sorting options change based on the assessment type you select, as not all options are available for every type of assessment.

Views act as “pre-set filters” for your assessments. Selecting a view from the left sidebar on the Assessments page displays only the assessments that match those filters. Spark Hire Meet includes the following assessment views:
- All
- Latest submissions
- Evaluate One-Ways
- Evaluated
