Often, you'll find yourself simply copying and pasting your scheduler link right into personal emails when scheduling meetings with candidates. Some customers even choose to incorporate the link within their email signature.
However, in some cases, sending the scheduler links through Spark Hire is more beneficial. For example:
- When you want to schedule the same type of event with many people at once.
- When you need to send the link, but only want one of your event types to appear as an option.
- When you're in a situation that requires you to change the calendars you will use to determine your availability.
By sending scheduler links through Spark Hire, you get to tweak and customize certain elements of the link you share.
