The legacy Interviews page is still available and offers tools for viewing and organizing One-Way and Live interviews. Below is an overview of how to navigate and use this page.

Layout

There are two layout options for viewing your list of interviews:

• Card – The default layout, ideal for users who prefer a visual view.
• Table – A compact layout better suited for managing a large number of interviews.

Use the layout toggle at the top of the page to switch between views. Spark Hire Meet will remember your preference. You can also filter interviews by position by clicking Filter by job above the layout toggle.

Views

Views are pre-set filters to help you quickly find the interviews you need. The active view is shown above your interviews. Use the right sidebar to switch views, set a default view, or create a custom view with your own filters.

• Inbox – The default view, showing interviews that need attention (Requested, Accepted, Completed, and Undecided).
• All Interviews – Shows every interview on your account.
• Recently completed – Completed interviews, sorted by most recent.
• Upcoming – Interviews that are Requested or Accepted, sorted by nearest upcoming time.
• Untagged – Interviews that haven't been tagged.
• Passed/failed/undecided – Interviews filtered by evaluation status.
• Deleted – Interviews that have been deleted.

Sorting options

In Card view, use the sort dropdown at the top of the page. In Table view, click a column header to sort by that field.

You can sort interviews by:

• Candidate name
• Completion time
• Created by
• Job title
• Rating
• Scheduled time
• Status
• Interview type

Filters

Apply filters from the right sidebar to narrow down your list:

• User – Interviews created by a specific teammate
• Type – One-Way or Live interviews
• Status – Interview status (e.g. Completed, Requested)
• Scheduled range – Filter by date range
• Passed/failed/undecided – Filter by evaluation status
• Tagged/untagged – Organize interviews by tags
• Rated/unrated – Find interviews based on rating activity
