👏 How do I invite my team?

1. When logged in, go to Settings > User Management.

2. Enter the name and email of the user you’re trying to invite and select a Role.

For more information the differences between roles, please refer to this article on User Roles.

3. Then, click Add User.

If you receive an error, it’s likely there’s a typo in the email address or another account is already associated with this person. In this instance, please contact support so we can further assist you.

🎨 How do I set up my branding?

Complete the basic branding setup to ensure that your candidates experience an engaging process that’s consistent with what they’ve seen about your organization online and their interactions with you.

This is not a requirement and you certainly don’t need to complete everything, but filling in what you have is a way to set yourself up for some initial success.

For your Summary, one pro tip is to simply copy and paste the “About” section from your organization’s LinkedIn page).

Add a logo

Adding logos is beneficial to do when setting up your account to ensure that what your candidates see is immediately branded as your organization.

Navigate to Branding > Logos and you’ll see two areas to upload an image.

Header Logo: This rectangular logo appears at the top of your candidate experience and in email notifications. For the best quality, we recommend using .png files with transparent backgrounds. It is displayed at a 2.25:1 aspect ratio, but after uploading, you’ll have an opportunity to crop it.

Company Logo: This square logo is used throughout Spark Hire. We recommend using a profile picture from one of your organization's social media profiles.

Choose a color

Similar to adding a logo, choosing a color is another good way to make your candidate experience more aligned with your brand.

You can either enter a hex code for your brand color (ask someone on your marketing team for this) or choose one by opening the color picker.
