User roles let you control what teammates can see and do in Spark Hire Meet. This ensures users in Meet have the right level of access.
When adding a new user, the administrator must select a role. Roles can also be updated later in Settings > User Management.
Types of user roles
Spark Hire offers three roles: Admin, Standard, and Evaluator.
- Admin – Full access to the platform, including account and security settings. Multiple Administrators can exist on the same account. Recommended for account owners and platform managers.
- Standard – Access to day-to-day recruiting functionality, but without account management permissions. Recommended for recruiters and coordinators.
- Evaluator – Limited access, focused on reviewing and providing feedback on candidates. Recommended for hiring managers and reviewers.
| 📝 Note: Users trying to access areas they don’t have permission for will see hidden options, disabled actions, or an error message. |
