Plan: All plans Role: Admin |
When evaluating candidates, it’s important that each reviewer provides independent, unbiased feedback. To support this, admins can control whether team members see others’ evaluations before submitting their own.
This permission setting ensures evaluations are completed fairly, while still allowing flexibility for teams that prefer more collaborative review processes.
Types of evaluation visibility permissions
Admins can define evaluation visibility for each role: Admin, Standard, and Evaluator. Meet provides the following options:
- Can always see – Users can view all ratings and comments at any time.
- Can see after submitting their own – Users must submit their own evaluation before seeing others’.
- Cannot see – Users cannot view team members’ ratings or comments.
| ⚠️ Important: By default, Admin and Standard users are set to Can always see, while Evaluators are set to Can see after submitting their own. Admins can update these settings at any time. |
Update evaluation visibility
This requires an Admin role.
- From the left-side menu, go to Settings > Permissions.
- For each role (Admin, Standard, Evaluator), use the dropdown menu to choose one of the following options:
- Can always see – Users can view all team evaluations at any time.
