Spark Hire Meet
Spark Hire Meet is a talent assessment solution that enables you to screen, interview and assess your candidates with confidence and without the hassles of traditional methods. Key features on Spark Hire Meet include one-way video interviews, live video interviews, a predictive talent assessment, and automated reference checks.
Different types of assessments
While you may here to use one type of assessment (e.g. video interviews), Spark Hire Meet includes multiple assessment types and you'll see us use the word "assessment" to describe all of them together.
- One-Way Video Interview: Candidates record video responses to your interview questions on their own time.
- Live Video Interview: Virtually with a candidate face-to-face on camera, from any device.
- Predictive Talent Assessment: Predict a candidate's capacity for success in a role by measuring them against the key behavioral competencies needed.
