Create scheduler email templates to keep pre- and post-event messages consistent. You can create multiple templates, set defaults for different scheduler actions, and edit a message before sending it.
Scheduler email types
From the left-side menu, go to Library > Email templates to create, edit, and manage your email templates.
The following template types are available for scheduler emails:
| Template type | When it is used |
|---|---|
| Scheduling Invite | When you send scheduler links in bulk. |
| Scheduling Approved | When you approve an event request. |
| Scheduling Declined | When you decline an event request. |
| Scheduling Canceled | When you cancel a scheduled event. |
| Scheduling Rescheduled | When you ask someone to select a new time. The email includes a link to your scheduling page. |

Use a scheduler email template
When you send a scheduler invitation or manage an event, the default template for that action is selected automatically. You can edit the message or choose a different template before sending it.
To use another template:
- Start the relevant scheduler action, such as declining, canceling, or rescheduling an event.
-
Select Select email template and choose the template you want to use.
- Review the subject and message, and edit them as needed.
- Select View preview to see how the email will appear to the recipient.
- Complete the scheduler action to send the email.
