You can manage One-Way Video Interviews directly from the Assessment list. From this page, you can quickly reschedule and clone interviews.

Change the interview deadline

If a candidate needs more time or you need to move an interview, you can reschedule it:

1. Go to the Assessment list and find the interview you want to reschedule. You can use the filters to narrow down your results.

2. Click the three-dot menu next to the assessment type and select Reschedule.

   

3. Choose a new date, time, and time zone in the modal.

   

4. Click Change deadline.

The candidate will be notified, and the interview status will change to Requested.

Resend an interview

To resend an interview:

1. Go to the Assessment list and find the interview you want to resend. You can use the filters to narrow down your results.

2. Click the three-dot menu next to the assessment type and select Resend invitation.

   

Clone an interview

To clone an interview:

1. Go to the Assessment list and find the interview you want to clone. You can use the filters to narrow down your results.

2. Click the three-dot menu next to the assessment type and select Clone.

   

3. Update the date, time, or time zone if needed.
4. Add the new candidates to invite.
5. Click Clone Interview.

The new candidates will receive an invitation using the same interview settings.
