When building a One-Way Interview, you can quickly add questions from our suggested question bank, designed to help you evaluate common skills and scenarios.

Add suggested questions

1. While creating your interview, click 📕Question Bank next to the question field.
2. In the Suggestions tab, browse or search the list of questions. Click the ➕ plus icon to add any question to your interview.

Use text or video versions

Many suggested questions are available as both text and pre-recorded videos.

• Use the Video and Text buttons to switch between formats.
• If you select a video question, the candidate will see a pre-recorded prompt when answering.
