Introduction to your video library
The video library is where you manage all your team’s video content on Spark Hire. This includes uploaded files, recorded clips, video messages, and video requests—not candidate responses, but videos you and your team create to personalize the candidate experience.
Videos in your library can be reused across different areas of the platform, including:
- Intro videos – Play at the start of a one-way interview to introduce yourself, the company, and the role.
- Outro videos – Play at the end of a one-way interview to thank candidates and outline next steps.
- Video questions – Present interview questions through video instead of text to create a more personal experience.
- Video messages – Share personalized, branded videos—publicly or privately—along with optional text and attachments via a branded link.
