Plan: Varies by integration

Role: Admin

Several Spark Hire Meet integrations let you sync jobs from your ATS into Meet, allowing you to work more efficiently.

Integrations that support syncing jobs

This workflow applies to integrations that support syncing jobs from an ATS into Meet, including:

Additional integrations may be added in the future.

Prerequisites

To ensure synced jobs work correctly in Meet:

  • The integration must be activated in Meet by an Admin.
  • Any duplicate jobs in Meet need to be removed or deactivated before you start syncing.
  • Each job in Meet must have:
    • User permissions set
    • Location set (including time zone)
    • Default assessments set (varies by integration and assessment type)
📝 Note: For synced jobs, the job title and description may be editable only in the ATS.

Syncing options

When enabling these integrations, you’ll have two options:

  • Manual sync (default): You choose which jobs to bring into Meet.
  • Auto-sync: Meet automatically creates jobs from all open jobs in the ATS.

Manual job sync (default)

Manual sync is best if you manage roles across multiple ATSs or only want certain jobs available in Meet.

  1. In Meet, go to Jobs management > Jobs.
  2. Click Create job.
  3. Select Sync from [your ATS] (the name will match the integration you enabled).

  4. In the modal, search for the job by job code.
  5. Click Create.
⚠️ Important: You must enter the full job code. Partial codes won’t return results.

Once created, the job will appear in Jobs management > Jobs in Meet and will be linked to the ATS job.

Auto-sync open jobs from your ATS

Auto-sync is best if most of your hiring flows through Meet and you want jobs created automatically.

  1. In Meet, go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Select your integration (for example, Workday or UKG Pro Recruiting).
  3. Click Configure settings, check Create open jobs automatically from the ATS, and confirm.
⏰ The syncing process may take up to 1 hour to complete, depending on the number of jobs.

After the initial sync:

  • New open jobs created in your ATS will automatically appear in Meet.
  • If you turn auto-sync off, Meet will stop creating new jobs automatically.
  • Jobs already created via auto-sync will remain linked and continue to stay in sync.

What happens after a job is synced

Once a job is synced into Meet:

  • The job appears in Jobs management > Jobs.
  • Candidates can be invited from the ATS.
  • The Title and Description fields may be managed only in the ATS.
