Getting started

Before connecting with ATS OnDemand, we suggest reviewing the supported functionality and prerequisites below.

The account Administrator must authenticate the integration between Spark Hire Meet and ATS OnDemand. This enables access for all other users on the account.
Jobs must be created on ATS OnDemand.
Question sets must be created on Spark Hire Meet.

If you’re an Administrator user or a Standard user on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account, follow these steps to connect the integration.

Log in to Spark Hire and go to Settings > Integrations.
Find ATS OnDemand in the list and click Activate integration.
Your User API Key will be generated. Copy this key.
Log in to your account on ATS OnDemand. This requires an Admin role.
Go to My Settings > SPARKHIRE SETUP.
Paste your Spark Hire User API Key and and select the users who should have access.
Click Submit to save your changes.
