Prerequisites
- The account Administrator must authenticate the integration between Spark Hire Meet and Blue Octopus. This enables access for all other users on the account.
- Jobs and Question sets must be created on Spark Hire Meet.
- You must request manual activation of the integration to the Blue Octopus Support team.
Integration setup
To activate the Spark Hire Meet integration with Blue Octopus, please contact your main point of contact at Blue Octopus. They’ll help you enable the integration on your account.
Once the integration is activated:
- The Administrator on your Spark Hire Meet account must complete the authentication. This grants access to all other users on the account.
- Make sure jobs and question sets are created in Spark Hire Meet before sending out any interviews via Blue Octopus.
