One-way video interviews, Predictive Talent Assessment, and Reference checks are organized under the Assessments tab, simplifying the process of setting up and inviting candidates directly from the View job page.
From this tab, as an Admin, you can set up your default assessments and tools you want your teammates to use for the job. You can update these assessments at any time before inviting candidates. Once candidates are invited to the job, if you want to make edits to the assessments, you’ll need to cancel and resend them after your changes.
