Add questions to a Live Interview

There are two ways to add and manage interview questions for a Live Video Interview:

  1. Option 1: Creating a question set from Library > Question Sets and then using it when creating a new Live Interview.
  2. Option 2: During a Live Video Interview.

Option 1: Create a question set before the interview

  1. From Library > Question Sets, create a new question set to use when setting up your Live Interview.
  2. Add the question set during the Live Video Interview setup:
    1. From the left-side menu, go to the Assessment list and click Invite > Live Interview at the top right.
    2. Select the job you want the interview to be for and the question set you created before.

      You can also click on Manage question sets to:

      • Add individual questions
      • Add other saved question sets
      • Save your current questions as a new set
    3. Click Continue to finish scheduling the interview and inviting candidates.

Option 2: Add questions during the interview

As the host, you can reference and manage the question panel during the interview (not visible to the candidate). Questions remain fully customizable and reorderable even during the session:

  1. Open the question panel by clicking the list icon on the left.
  2. Click Add or Import to include new questions and Question sets mid-interview.
  3. Click Start to begin a question and click again to mark it as complete.
  4. Click Edit to adjust a question on the fly.
