Live Video Interviews let you connect with candidates in real time, directly through Spark Hire Meet. Unlike One-Ways, live interviews are interactive and allow for two-way communication, just like an in-person meeting, but online.

1. To invite a candidate to a Live Interview:
   • From the left-side menu, click Interviews > Create interviews.
   • From the View job's page, click Invite > Live interview.
   • From the candidate’s profile, Invite > Live interview.
2. Regardless of your choice, you’ll be redirected to the Create New Interview page.
3. Select the job you want to associate with the interview and the Live Interview option. Then, click Continue.
4.  Build your interview by creating new questions or choosing from the Live Interview Question Bank.
5. When you’re happy with your interview questions, click Continue. 
6. Set a deadline for your interview.
7. Add candidates.
   • Add up to 1000 candidates in bulk by uploading a CSV file. To do this, click CSV upload next to Add candidates to interview, download the template, fill the columns with the relevant candidates, and upload the file.
   • You also have the option to send candidates updates via SMS text messages.
8. Optionally, add guests (someone who isn’t already a user on your account) by clicking on the toggle switch beneath Allow Guests. This will generate a passcode protected link for you to send to guests after you create the interview.
9. Customize your email invitation.
   • If you have set up default email templates for one-way interview invites in your email template library, they will automatically be used as the default content for your invitations.
   • If you want to edit the email invitation content or choose another template, select Yes under Do you want to modify the email invitation that will be sent to your candidate(s)? Customize the content or choose a new email template by clicking Select Email Template and selecting one from the list.

10. When you're ready to finish, click Create and your invitations will be sent. If you selected to allow guests, the guest interview link will be available on the next screen to copy and send.
