To view and manage all share links created by your team, go to Jobs Management > Share links. Here, you can see who created each link, what it includes, and when it expires.

1. Use the Tiles/Table button to switch between views.
2. Filter your share links using the options in the right sidebar.
3. Sort your share links by clicking on the Sorting icon or any column header if you’re on the table view.
4. Manage your share links by:
   • Activating, deactivating, or deleting them
   • Viewing details
   • Updating the expiration date or editing (for Advanced share Links only)

Add interviews to an Advanced share link

1. Go to your Share links page, find the Advanced Share Link you want to add interviews to, and click the ✏️ pencil icon.

   📝 Tip: Filter the Share links by “Advanced” type to find them faster.

   

2. The page with all the interviews included in the Advanced Share link will open. Click Add Interview(s) on the right.
3. On the following page, find the interviews you want to add to the Advanced Share Link, check the boxes next to the interviews, and click Add Interviews.
4. Click Add Interviews in the modal to confirm.

Remove interviews from an Advanced share Link

1. Go to your Share Links page, find the Advanced share Link from which you want to remove interviews, and click the ✏️ pencil icon. The page with all the interviews included in the Advanced Share link will open.

   📝 Tip: Filter the Share links by “Advanced” type to find them faster.

2. To remove interviews, select them using the checkboxes in the top-right corner of each interview card.
3. Click Delete beneath the Filters and Search bar.

4. Click Remove in the modal to confirm.

Update the expiration date of an Advanced share link

1. From the Share Links page, find the Advanced share link you want to edit the expiration date for, and click the Update expiration date icon.

   

2. In the modal that appears:
   • Turn the auto expiration on/off

   • Select when you want the link to expire

     📝 Note: Spark Hire may automatically deactivate a Basic or Advanced share link if it has been active for more than one year or if unusual activity is detected. If this happens, you can reactivate the link to generate a new passcode and share it again.

     

3. Click Update to confirm your changes.
