Discuss candidates with your team

The Discussion on candidate feature allows hiring teams to collaborate directly within the candidate profile. Instead of discussing candidates over email or external messaging tools, all feedback and conversations stay in one place, making it easier to align on hiring decisions.

  • Stay organized: Keep all candidate-related conversations in one central location.
  • Enhance collaboration: Tag teammates to quickly loop them into discussions and keep everyone informed.
  • Speed up decision-making: Reduce back-and-forth by keeping feedback easily accessible.

Discuss candidates with your team

Discussions appear in chronological order with timestamps under the Assessments tab. When discussing on candidates, you can:

Start a discussion

  1. Navigate to the relevant candidate’s profile. On the right hand of the screen, you’ll see the Discussion section.

  2. Click into the comment box and type your message.

Tag teammates in your comments

To notify a teammate, simply type "@" followed by their name in your comment. When you submit your comment, your tagged teammate will receive an email notification.

Tagging a teammate sends an email notification, but they cannot reply directly via email—they must open the candidate profile to respond.

Edit or delete a comment

If you need to edit or delete a comment:

  1. Click on the three dots (…) on the right
    • Select Edit to edit your message.
    • Select Delete to permanently remove your comment.
  2. Confirm when prompted.

📝 Note: Only the person who posted a comment can edit or delete it.
