Enter your interview takeaway

1. In Spark Hire, go to the interview you want to evaluate. Start by visiting the Interviews page or the relevant candidate’s page.
2. Click the View & evaluate button on the video interview.
3. Rate each of the candidate’s answers, provide a recommendation and scorecard, then enter the Pros, Concerns, and areas for Further review.
4. Submit your evaluation.
