Live Video Interviews let you connect with candidates in real time, directly through Spark Hire Meet. Unlike one-way interviews, live interviews are interactive and allow for two-way communication, just like an in-person meeting, but online.

1. From the Assessment list page, click Invite at the top of the page. Alternatively, from the candidate's profile, click Invite on the right and select Live Interview.

   

2. You’ll be redirected to the Invite page where the assessment type will be pre-populated.
3. Select the job you want the interview to be for and a question set.
4. Enter the candidate’s name, email, and phone number if relevant.
   • You also have the option to send candidates updates via SMS text messages. 

5. Optionally, customize your email invitation.
   • Default: If you have set up default email templates for one-way interview invites in your email template library, they will automatically be used as the default content for your invitations.
   • Customize: If you want to edit the email invitation content or choose another template, select this option. Customize the content or choose a new email template by clicking Select template and selecting one from the list
6. Set the interview time:
   • Choose a date using the calendar picker
   • Choose the interview time from the dropdown
   • Select the appropriate time zone

7. Select the interview participants:

   • Use the Owner dropdown to choose who will manage the interview and will appear as the host.

     

   • Optionally, add guests (someone who isn’t already a user on your account) by clicking on the toggle switch beneath Allow guests. This will generate a passcode protected link for you to send to guests after you create the interview.

     

8. When you're ready to finish, click Send invites. If you selected to allow guests, the guest interview link will be available on the next screen to copy and send.
