Video messaging helps you create personalized, branded videos and share them with recipients.
What is a video message?
A video message includes one or more videos and optional supporting content.
You can add:
- A headline
- Supporting text
- Files
Supported file types include PDF, PNG, JPG, DOC, and DOCX.
Each video message appears on a page that uses your company’s brand settings.
Video message types
There are two types of video messages: public and private:
- Public video messages: Use a public video message when you want to share the same link with multiple people. Anyone with the link can view the video message. You can also set the link to expire when you no longer want it to be available. Learn more
- Private video messages: Use a private video message when you want to send a video message to specific recipients and track when they open it. Each recipient receives a unique tracking link. Learn more
The main difference between the two is that public video messages do not require specific recipients and use one shareable link. On the other hand, private video messages require you to add recipients. Spark Hire creates a unique tracking link for each recipient so you can track opens.
