Before connecting with Paycor, we suggest reviewing the supported functionality and prerequisites below.

Prerequisites

  • Authentication is done per-user, so each user who is going to utilize the integration must authenticate between Spark Hire Meet and Paycor.
  • The integration requires an Admin role in Paycor.
  • Jobs must be created on Paycor.
  • Question sets must be created on Spark Hire Meet.

Integration setup

If you’re an Admin or a Standard user on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account, follow these steps to connect the integration.

  1. Log in to Spark Hire Meet and go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find Paycor in the list and click Activate integration.
  3. Your User API Key will be generated. Copy this key.
  4. If you are not an Admin user in Paycor Recruiting, please share your API Key with your Admin so they can take the next steps on your behalf.
  5. Log in to your Admin user account on Paycor Recruiting and navigate to Admin > Company Settings > Integrations > Video Interviewing.
  6. Toggle the Spark Hire Integration field ON, then click save.
  7. Click Add Users, select the relevant users, and click save.
  8. Paste the users’ Spark Hire User API Keys into the corresponding field and save your settings.
