Resumes are typically uploaded from the View candidate page, however, you can also update it directly from the View assessment page (📢 This feature is currently in a rollout).

To add or update a candidate's resume:
- From the View candidate page: Navigate to the relevant candidate profile by clicking their name anywhere in the platform (a good place to start is the View Jobs or View Interview tabs).

From the Resume tab, click Select file or drag and drop your file into the uploader.

Once processing is complete, you’ll see the new resume on the candidate’s page.

- From the View assessment page: When evaluating an interview, scroll down to the Resume tab and click Select file or drag and drop your file into the uploader.
Manage a candidate’s resume
If you already have a resume on file for the candidate:
- To update it: From the Resume tab, click on the three dots (…) on the far right and select the Upload a different resume option. The resume in place will be removed and you’ll be able to upload a new file.
- To delete it: From the Resume tab, click on the three dots (…) on the far right and select the Delete option. The resume in place will be removed and you’ll be able to upload a new file.
- To download it: From the Resume tab, click on the three dots (…) on the far right and select the Download option.
⚠️ If you're overwriting/deleting the file, you may want to download the existing file before uploading a new one. |
