Before connecting with Zoho Recruit, we suggest reviewing the supported functionality and prerequisites below.

Supported functionality

Prerequisites

• Authentication is done per-user, so each user who is going to utilize the integration must authenticate between Spark Hire Meet and Zoho Recruit.
• Jobs and question sets must be created on Spark Hire Meet.

Admin integration setup

If you’re an Admin or Standard user on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account and an Admin user in Zoho Recruit, follow these steps to connect the integration.

1. Log in to Spark Hire Meet and go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find Zoho Recruit in the list and click Activate integration.
3. Your User API Key will be generated. Copy this key.
4. In Zoho Recruit, open the Spark Hire extension install page.
5. Check the box to accept the Terms of Service.
6. Click Install Now, then when the Privacy Declaration appears, click Agree and Continue.
7. Select Install for all users and click Confirm.
8. Once the extension is installed, you’ll be prompted to authorize it. Click Authorize.
9. When the API key field appears, paste the User API Key you copied from Spark Hire Meet, then click Save Details.
10. Click Finish to complete the setup.

Users integration setup

These steps must be completed by each Zoho Recruit user who will access the integration.

1. Log in to Spark Hire Meet and go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find Zoho Recruit in the list and click Activate integration.
3. Your User API Key will be generated. Copy this key.
4. In Zoho Recruit, open the Spark Hire extension setup page.
5. In the Integrations section, click Authorize.
6. When the API key field appears, paste the User API Key you copied from Spark Hire and click Save Details.
7. Click Finish.
