Getting started

Before connecting with Greenhouse, we suggest reviewing the supported functionality and prerequisites below.

Authentication is done per-user so each user who is going to utilize the integration must authenticate between Spark Hire Meet and Greenhouse.
Jobs and Question Sets must be created in Spark Hire Meet and then configured as Interview Packages.

If you’re an Administrator user or a Standard user on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account, follow these steps to connect the integration.

Log in to Spark Hire Meet and go to Settings > Integrations.
Find Greenhouse in the list and click Activate integration.
Your User API Key will be generated. Copy this key.
Navigate to Greenhouse and log in with your company account credentials.
Go to the Integrations page, and find Spark Hire Meet under the video interviewing section and click Connect.
Paste your Spark Hire Meet API Key and click Save.
