Plan: Enterprise

Single sign-on (SSO) lets users access Spark Hire through your organization’s identity provider instead of using a separate password. Some of the benefits of SSO are:

  • Simpler sign-in: Users do not need to remember or reset a separate Spark Hire password
  • Easier access management: When your IT team disables a user’s account with your identity provider, that user can no longer access Spark Hire
  • Stronger security: SSO reduces the need for users to create and reuse passwords across applications

How it works

Spark Hire uses WorkOS to support SSO with more than twenty identity providers, including Google, Microsoft Entra ID, and Auth0.

WorkOS is SOC 2 Type II certified and supports compliance with GDPR and CCPA requirements. It also performs regular third-party penetration testing.

Your IT team can use a self-service setup flow to configure SSO without custom development.

Set up SSO

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager or Sales representative to add SSO to your account.
  2. After SSO is enabled, sign in to Spark Hire and go to Settings > Single Sign-On.
  3. Select the option to configure SSO.
  4. In WorkOS, choose your identity provider and follow the setup guide to complete the configuration. For provider-specific instructions, see the WorkOS integration guides.
