Before connecting with TeamWork Online, we suggest reviewing the supported functionality and prerequisites below.

Prerequisites

  • The account Admin must authenticate the integration between Spark Hire Meet and Teamwork Online. This enables access for all other users on the account.
  • You must request manual activation of the integration to the Spark Hire Meet and Teamwork Online Support teams.
  • Question sets must be created on Spark Hire Meet.
  • Jobs must be created on TeamWork Online and a location must be defined.

Integration setup

If you’re an Admin on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account, follow these steps to connect the integration.

  1. Log in to Spark Hire Meet and go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find TeamWork Online in the list and click Activate integration.
  3. Reach out to your Account Manager at TeamWork Online so they can assist in completing the integration activation and setup.
