Before connecting with PCRecruiter, we suggest reviewing the supported functionality and prerequisites below.

Prerequisites

  • You must request manual activation of the integration to the Spark Hire Meet and PCRecruiter Support teams.
  • Jobs and question sets must be created in PCRecruiter.

Integration setup

If you’re an Admin or a Standard user on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account, follow these steps to connect the integration.

  1. Send an email to support@sparkhire.com with the subject as Activate PCRecruiter Integration.
  2. Spark Hire will contact PCRecruiter to configure the integration for your account.
  3. Once notified by Spark Hire, log in to Spark Hire Meet and go to Settings > Integrations.
  4. Find PCRecruiter in the list and click Activate integration.
  5. Your User API Key will be generated. Copy this key.
  6. Log in to your account on PCRecruiter.
  7. Click on SYSTEM and search for Assessments.
  8. Check the box for Spark Hire.
  9. Open the Spark Hire settings (select arrow) and enter your API Key, adding a semicolon ( : ) at the end. This will need to be repeated for each user using this feature.
  10. Save your changes.
