  • Authentication is done per-user, so each user who is going to utilize the integration must authenticate between Spark Hire Meet and Teamtailor.
  • Question sets must be created on Spark Hire Meet.
  • Jobs must be created on Teamtailor.

Integration setup

If you’re an Admin or Standard user on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account, follow these steps to connect the integration.

  1. Log in to Spark Hire Meet and go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find Teamtailor in the list and click Activate integration
  3. This will generate your API key and will be considered the Organization API key. Other users on the account will need to follow these same steps in generating their API keys, though these will be considered User API keys.
  4. In Teamtailor, go to the Marketplace.
  5. Under Partners, select Video interviews and choose Spark Hire.
  6. Click Activate in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  7. A prompt will appear where you’ll enter the API keys from Spark Hire.

  8. API keys must be entered in a specific format in Teamtailor. Each entry goes on its own line:

    Organization: ##api key## {ENTER}
    1st Recruiter First & Last Name: ##api key## {ENTER}
    2nd Recruiter First & Last Name: ##api key## {ENTER}

    For example:

    Henry Hill: 987654321987654321987564231

  9. Repeat the same structure for all additional users. After entering all keys, click Validate credentials.
