Getting started
Before connecting with Oorwin, we suggest reviewing the supported functionality and prerequisites below.

Prerequisites
- Authentication is done per-user, so each user who is going to utilize the integration must authenticate between Spark Hire Meet and Oorwin.
- Jobs and question sets must be created in Spark Hire Meet.
- Oorwin users must be mapped to relevant Spark Hire Meet users.
- Jobs must be linked in Oorwin.
Set up the integration
If you’re an Admin or Standard user on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account, follow these steps to connect the integration.
- Log in to Spark Hire Meet and go to Settings > Integrations.
- Sign in to Oorwin and go to Marketplace > Video Interviews > Spark Hire.
- Click on the Add Account option.
- Provide a unique Display Name, API Key, and Status.
- Click Save to integrate the account into Oorwin.
- Go to Actions of added accounts and click Add users.
- A pop-up appears with all the Oorwin users; select the users and give credits as required.
- Save your changes. Users will see “Pre screen with Spark Hire” in the pipeline tabs.
Working with Oorwin
Link Jobs to Spark Hire
To send interviews to a candidate, you need to link the job in Oorwin to one in Spark Hire. To do this:
- Go to the job’s page in Oorwin and click on the Actions button ( ⋮ ) in the top right.
- Click Tag Spark Hire Job.
- Create a new job in Spark Hire using the job details in Oorwin by clicking Create New Job, or link it to an existing job in Spark Hire by clicking Tag Existing Job and selecting a job from your Spark Hire account.
- Click Proceed.
Add candidates to the pipeline
- Click on the Actions button ( ⋮ ) to the left of the candidate’s name from the candidates list in Oorwin.
- Click Add Pipeline and select the job for which you would like the interview to be created.
Once the job is linked and the candidate is in the job’s pipeline, you can start sending interviews.
Send interviews from the candidate page
- Navigate to the candidate’s profile and click on the Pipeline tab.
- Then jump to the Prospective tab and click on the Actions button ( ⋮ ) next to the job for which you would like to create the interview.
- Select Pre-Screen with Video, and click on Spark Hire.
- Select the question set you would like the candidate to respond to, set a deadline, and click on Save.
Send interviews from the job page
Follow the same steps as listed above from the candidate page, using the Actions button ( ⋮ ) next to the candidate rather than the job.
Watch completed interviews
- Navigate to the candidate’s profile and click on the Communications tab.
- Click on Spark Hire Video Interviews, then Completed tab.
- Click on View.
