Prerequisites
- You must request manual activation of the integration to the Spark Hire Meet and NEOGOV Support teams.
- Jobs and question sets must be created in Spark Hire Meet.
Integration setup
If you’re an Admin or a Standard user on your organization's Spark Hire Meet account, follow these steps to connect the integration.
- Reach out to your NEOGOV account rep to express interest in the integration with Spark Hire.
- Once your account rep completes the required paperwork with you, they will pass you along to the NEOGOV Implementation team for setup assistance.
- An Implementation Consultant (IC) from NEOGOV will be assigned to you to assist with getting your integration between Spark Hire and NEOGOV configured. The IC will send you a kickoff email with instructions and a guide to get things started. NEOGOV will work with Spark Hire to connect your accounts together.
- You will meet with the IC to review questions and understand how to use the integration once the connection between NEOGOV and Spark Hire is complete.
