Easily export assessment data to CSV for reporting, compliance, and deeper analysis. With this feature, you can generate a downloadable report of assessment activity based on the selected filters.

• Use the exported data with BI tools for custom reporting.

Export assessment data to CSV

You can export assessment reports directly from the Assessments page:

1. From the left-side menu, select Assessments.

2. Use the filters at the top of the page to refine the data you want to export, for example, by assessment type, status, or date range.

   

3. Click the Download report icon at the top right.

   

4. Enter the email address where you want to receive the report.
5. Choose the report settings:
   • Report type
     • Full report – Includes all assessments
     • Filtered view report – Includes only assessments matching your filters
   • Include deleted results – Choose whether to include deleted assessments in the report

6. Click Send report. A CSV file will be emailed to the address you provided.
