The Analytics page gives you a unified view of how candidates move through assessments in Spark Hire Meet. It helps recruiters and hiring managers understand pipeline health, track conversion, and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
With Assessments Analytics, you can quickly understand:
- How candidates are progressing through the assessment pipeline
- Where drop-off occurs and where optimization is needed
- How many candidates you need at the top of the funnel to meet hiring goals
- Which assessments are most effective at identifying qualified candidates
- Whether you’re seeing too many or too few qualified candidates
- How engaged your team is in reviewing and evaluating submissions

Layout
- Filters – Control which data is included in the report
- Pipeline – A high-level view of candidate progress across assessment stages
- Assessment graphs – Detailed insights by assessment type
1. Filters
Filters appear at the top of the page and apply to the metrics and graphs shown below. You can filter assessment analytics by:
- Job – View data for a specific job or across multiple jobs
- Timeframe – Choose a preset or custom date range (up to one year)

Assessment type – Quickly toggle between All assessments, One-Ways, Predictive Talent Assessment, Reference Checks, and Live interviews.
2. Pipeline
The pipeline section summarizes how candidates are moving through assessments. It follows the same pattern used in the Job Overview, making it easy to compare performance across jobs and assessment types.
The pipeline includes the following statuses:
- Invited: The assessment invitation has been sent, but the candidate has not yet responded.
- Submitted: The candidate has completed and submitted the assessment, interview, or reference details. Includes the submission rate and the number of submissions pending evaluation.

Evaluated: One or more evaluations have been completed:
- One-Way and Live: Reviewed by users or reviewers
- Reference Checks: Completed by references
- Predictive Talent Assessment – Automatically scored by Meet

Qualified (Only for interviews and Predictive Talent Assessment) – Candidates identified as strong based on assessment outcomes:
- Strong Hire/Proceed for One-Way and Live interviews
- Good Fit/Possible Fit for Predictive Talent Assessment
- Canceled (Only for interviews and Predictive Talent Assessment): Assessments that were canceled before completion.
- Expired: Invitations that expired before the candidate submitted.
3. Assessment graphs
Below the pipeline, results are grouped by assessment type. Depending on the assessment, insights may include:
- Ratings distribution – Completed assessments by star rating (1–5)
- Recommendations – Completed assessments by recommendation (Strong Hire, Proceed, Not Sure, No Hire)
- Results distribution – Completed assessments by result (Passed, Failed, Undecided)
- Fit for role – Completed Predictive Talent Assessments grouped by fit for the role
- Workplace motivation – Completed Predictive Talent Assessments grouped by Workplace motivation.

Limitations
- Historical data is limited to one year.
- Spark Hire Meet provides operational analytics; for deeper reporting and a detailed analysis, use the CSV export.
