Use Spark Hire AI Assistant to suggest a behavioral profile for a Predictive Behavioral Assessment based on the job description. The AI Assistant applies behavioral assessment best practices to help you quickly create a profile tailored to the role.

• Identify competencies that reflect the job’s requirements
• Use the suggested profile as-is or customize it as needed

Prerequisites & limitations

• The job must have a job description. Suggestions work best when the description includes clear responsibilities, requirements, skills, and qualifications.
• You cannot change the behavioral profile assigned to a job after candidates have completed a Predictive Behavioral Assessment for that job.

Enable or disable AI Assistant

This setting applies to all jobs and is enabled by default.

1. From the left-side menu, go to Settings > Assessments & AI.
2. Toggle Enable suggestions based on company information on or off.
3. Select Save.

Generate a suggested behavioral profile

You can create an AI-suggested behavioral profile from the job’s Assessments tab or while setting up a Predictive Behavioral Assessment invitation.

1. In Meet, navigate to the relevant job and open the Assessments tab. Alternatively, select Invite > Predictive Behavioral Assessment from the Assessment list page.

2. Under Behavioral profile, select Create with AI.

   

3. The AI Assistant reviews the job description and recommends competencies for the role. Each competency includes an explanation of why it is relevant based on the job description.

   Depending on the role, the AI Assistant will suggest either a standardized profile or a custom profile.

If a matching standardized profile is available

The AI Assistant recommends an existing standardized profile that aligns with the job.

Review the suggested competencies and select one of the following:

• Use standardized profile to assign the suggested profile to the job.
• Edit custom profile to use the suggestion as a starting point and customize the competencies.

If no matching standardized profile is available

The AI Assistant creates a custom behavioral profile based on the job description and behavioral profile best practices.

Review the suggested competencies and select one of the following:

• Looks good to use the suggested profile without changes.
• Edit to add or remove competencies before saving the profile.
