Use Spark Hire AI Assistant to suggest questions for your One-Way interviews based on the job’s title and description. The AI Assistant helps you build role-specific question sets that reflect recruiting best practices and align with your open position’s requirements.
- Generate relevant questions in seconds
- Ensure all candidates for a given role are asked comparable, role-specific questions
- Edit, combine, or rewrite questions as needed
Prerequisites & limitations
- The job must have a job description. The suggestions work best when the job description includes clear responsibilities, requirements, skills, and qualifications.
- Currently, this feature supports English only.
Enable AI Assistant
This setting option applies to all jobs.
- From the left-side menu, go to Jobs management > Job settings.
-
Toggle AI Assistant on and Save.
Generate suggested questions
You can create AI-generated question sets from the job’s Assessments tab or from the Invite page.
- In Meet, navigate to the relevant job and open the Assessments tab. Alternatively, click Invite > One-Way Video Interview on the Assessment list page.
-
Under Question set, click Create with AI.
- The AI Assistant generates four to seven suggested questions based on the job title, description, and requirements. By default, each question uses these settings:
- Response time: Three minutes
- Allowed takes: Unlimited
-
Think time: Unlimited
- Review the suggested questions and choose one of these options:
- Select Looks good to use the question set without changes. This option sets the question set as the job’s default. Any candidate invited to complete the one-way interview after this step will receive this question set.
- Select Edit to update the questions or settings. This option opens the Edit question set page from where you can:
- Change the name of the question set
- Edit, remove, or reorder questions
- Add questions from another existing question set
- Update response time, allowed takes, or think time
| 📝Note: Editing a question set does not assign it to the job automatically. After you save your changes, return to the job’s Assessments tab and select the new question set from the question set dropdown. |
