    This  is the most time consuming and ridiculous method of doing business i've ever seen. I have followed everything you have asked and still cannot get connected. The password I just set up is  not accepted and you do not send the link to reset the password. I would very much like to apply for this job but the interview process thru this agency is ridiculous.

    Another tech issue here.  The message says couldn't connect media device. I have checked the settings and allowed access to my camera and microphone, both are working.

    I am getting the error message "Couldn't connect to your media devices". I went through the trouble shooting steps, access is granted to video and microphone. Still unable to move forward. Please advise.

    having same issues could not connect to media devices I've been trying to connect for almost 1 week and no luck the set up is not very user friendly

    Your system is unable to connect to  media devive. All the trouble shooting steps were shown to be unsuccessful. I allowed access to my computer and all camera and microphone settings are turned on. do you have any suggestions?

    Got the message "Couldn't connect to your media devices". Went though the trouble shooting process and double checked my settings but was still was unable to continue. Would love to work for this company. Please Advise.

    Same issue, I could not connect to media devices. I already followed the steps and nothing.... apparently this is a common problem on your platform.

    Hello, I also had problems on Chrome. However, when I tried using the application through Firefox I had no issues. If you haven't been able to solve the problem I hope this helps!

    Hello. I've confirmed the settings are correct and submitted a help desk ticket. I've been struggling with this issue well over a week and really need to submit my interview.

    The message popped up, saying "Couldn't connect to your media devices" I followed all steps instructed here, enabling all apps to access camera and microphone, but still the issues is not solved. I need to submit my interview. Pls let me know how to solve it or any other appropriate way to submit. Thx.

    Nothing happens after all of your instructions. Your platform is useless for applicants who want to proceed to their interviews. My devices work for Loom, Skype, Slack, and Zoom. After I disabled all those apps as you've said in your instruction/s, nothing happens.

    There's got to be a better way to do this. I am not a computer person but I am pretty good at figuring out the problem and resolving it despite that. I got an immediate message  that my device could not connect and that I need a chrome update. I have done zoom videos with my peers, no problem. I'm just trying to interview for a job. Nothing is working and whoever is giving this advice needs to understand that not all of its users are computer professionals. I requested help twice and now I'm just sitting here..waiting

    I also gave permission  to my camera etc,which I am now regretting.

    Good morning, I am trying to take part in my interview, however; I continue to receive the same message.

    Couldn't connect to your media devices ( NotAllowedError )
    I have followed the instructions a number of times and have confirmed that my camera and microphone is on and access is allowed for Chrome. Please advise.

    Like all the above messages, "Couldn't connect to your media devices", I am unable to connect.  My camera and mic are on (I used them daily for Zoom meetings), but can't connect.  Please advise.

    I am unable to connect to the media device for my interview.  This is what the error message said:

    "Couldn't connect to your media devices
    The following error(s) were encountered when trying to connect to your media devices:

    You did not give us permission to access your media devices
    Information on how to resolve this can be found in the Spark Hire Support Center"

    I did give permission; however, the message still appear.
