How to resolve a NotReadableError

If you receive an error that says "NotReadableError", one of two things could be happening; either another application is accessing your media devices or your media device's driver may have crashed.

Solution: Make sure you close all other applications that access your media devices such as Teams, Zoom, Facetime, etc. We also recommend restarting your computer before re-entering the interview.
