The email template library is a central hub where you can customize and store the email templates that you use on Spark Hire.

Email templates can be created for the following features on Spark Hire:

• One-Way Interview Invite
• Live Interview Invite
• Hired Candidate Disposition
• Rejected Candidate Disposition
• Reference Request to Candidates
• Reference Survey Invite
• Shared Interview
• Scheduling Invite
• Scheduling Approved
• Scheduling Declined
• Scheduling Canceled
• Scheduling Rescheduled
• Video Message
• Video Request

You can create multiple email templates for each of the features above and then select which one you want to use when you're performing an action.

In addition, you can set a default email template for each type and that's what will automatically send unless you decide to modify it or choose a different template when performing an action.
