Expired interviews
In Spark Hire, we understand that at times you need extra time to complete your interview, whether it's due to travel, illness, or unexpected events. That's why we offer you the option to request a deadline extension.
However, please keep in mind that all requests will be carefully reviewed. Factors like your availability, the interviewer's schedule, and whether the company is still accepting submissions will determine if the extension can be granted or not.
Submit a request
If you attempt to access an interview link and see this message, it means that the interview deadline has passed.
To submit a request, click Request extension. You'll be prompted to specify a reason for your extension request. Please provide as much detail as possible to help the recruiting team understand your situation better.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your extension request has been successfully submitted.
Review process
Your extension request will be reviewed by the recruiting team. They will assess your request and make a decision based on your provided reason and other relevant factors.
Once a decision has been made regarding your extension request, you will receive an email notification informing you of the outcome.
- If your request is denied or if the company is no longer accepting submissions for the job, the email will provide you with relevant information.
- If your request is approved, the email will include the new deadline for completing your interview. To start your interview, follow the steps to accept and access your video interview.
