Video library permissions

When you save a video to your Video Library on Spark Hire, you have the option to set permissions on it.

Configuring permissions on a video in your Video Library ensures that you're only giving access to the people who should be able to see/use it.

When you record or upload a new video to your Video Library, you'll see a tab labeled Permissions.

Click the Permissions tab and you'll be able to select from a few options:

Everyone
The setting for Everyone means that any user on the account will have access to the video.

Manager Only
The term ‘Manager’ refers to the manager of the video. By default, the Manager is the user that initially created the video. Administrator users can change the manager of the video at any time. If the setting for Manager only is selected, only the manager of the video along with any Administrator users will have access to the video.

Specific people
The setting for Specific people enables you to select specific users or user groups to have access to the video.

You can always come back and edit the permissions for a video at any time by visiting your Video Library, finding the video you want to edit permissions for, and updating them.
