When building a Zap, you have the option to select the following Spark Hire action:

• Create One-Way Interview: Use another app to trigger the creation of a one-way interview for a candidate on Spark Hire.

When using this action, there are a couple of things to set up:

• Select job: This is the job for which the one-way interview will be created 
• Select a Question set: This is the question set (interview template) that will be used for the interviews
• Candidate name: This is how you'll populate the name of your candidate. Typically, you'll use an attribute from the app that's triggering this action to populate the Candidate Name field.
• Candidate email: This is how you'll populate the email of your candidate. Typically, you'll use an attribute from the app that's triggering this action to populate the Candidate Email field.
• Due date: Select the number of days you're going to give the candidate to complete this one-way interview
