 What is Zapier?

Zapier is a tool that allows you to connect apps you use every day to automate tasks and save time. You can connect 2,000+ integrated apps together to make your own automations. It's quick and easy to set up - you don't need to be a developer, anyone can make a Zap! Here's a quick video introduction from Zapier:

What is a Zap?

Zaps are connections between two apps. When you want to integrate Spark Hire with another app on Zapier, you'll create a Zap.

What is a Trigger?

A Trigger is the event that starts a Zap. For example, if you want to automate adding a row to a Google Sheet each time you receive a completed interview then "Interview Completed" is the Trigger.

What is an Action?

An Action is an event a Zap performs. For example, if you want to create an interview for a candidate after entering candidate information into a Google Sheet then "Create Interview" is the Action.
