When building a Zap, you have the option to select from the following triggers.

• Interview Created: Trigger something to happen in another app when an interview is created on Spark Hire.
• Interview Completed: Trigger something to happen in another app when an interview is completed on Spark Hire.

When using a Spark Hire trigger, you have the option to add a Filter in Zapier.

What is a Zapier Filter?

A Zapier Filter is an optional feature you apply to a Zap to only make it fire when a certain condition is met. For example, if you're posting a message to Slack when an interview is completed, you could use a Filter that only posts the message to Slack when the interview is completed for a specific job in your Spark Hire account.

Additional options

When setting up the Interview Completed trigger, you'll see an option to "Create Share Link." This is a yes/no field. If you select "Yes," a basic share link will be created for every completed interview that matches the criteria under the Zap you're creating. This is helpful if you want to use the basic share link as an attribute you want to post to another app using the Zap.
