A Predictive Behavioral Assessment Invite link lets you share a customizable link with candidates so they can complete the assessment on their own time.

You can include the link in a personal email, message, or other communication outside of Spark Hire Meet.

Prerequisites

To create an invite link for the Predictive Behavioral Assessment, the job must be connected to a Behavioral profile. You can link a Behavioral profile when creating a new job or during the invite link setup.

Create an invite link

1. You can create an invite link to a Predictive Behavioral Assessment from any job—whether you're setting up a new job or using an existing one.
   • From the Jobs page — Browse the list to find the relevant job and click Create link next to the Predictive Behavioral Assessment you want to use. 

   • From the View job page — Open the job, go to the Assessments tab, and on the Invites tile, click Create invite link.

     

2. If the job isn’t connected to a Behavioral profile, a message will appear prompting you to set one up. Click Continue.
3. You’ll be redirected to the Assessments tab, where you can select the Behavioral profile. You’ll see that the Create invite link button on the right is currently disabled.

4. Select a Behavioral profile from the dropdown. Start typing the role name or similar common job titles to filter options and find your profile faster.

   

5. Review the behavioral competencies included in the profile by clicking View ↗️. Further expand individual behavioral competencies to see detailed descriptions.

   

6. Save your changes.

7. After saving, the Create Invite link button will become clickable.

   

8. Click on it and set a deadline for your Invite link:
   • Days to complete: Allow candidates a fixed number of days to complete the Predictive Behavioral Assessment after they start.

   • Specific date: Allow candidates to complete the assessment until a specified date and time, after which the link will expire.

9. Click Save and share your Invite link.
