Once candidates begin completing assessments in Spark Hire Meet, you’ll want to quickly locate, review, and take action on them. This article walks you through how to access completed assessments and streamline your evaluation process across different assessment types.

🙋‍♀️ How to access completed assessments

All completed assessments live in your Assessment List. You can access this from your Spark Hire Meet dashboard.

  • You’ll also receive email notifications for assessments tied to jobs you’re associated with.
  • Use the search, filters, and sort options in the Assessment List to find exactly what you need.
💡 If you're using the legacy interview list, please note that it only supports sorting and filtering based on video interviews and not all assessment types.

🧠 Focus Your Review by Job and Assessment Type

To avoid bouncing between different roles or assessment types, a best practice is to focus your review on one job and one type of assessment at a time. This creates consistency in how you evaluate and reduces decision fatigue.

  1. Go to the Assessment List.
  2. Use the Job filter to select the job you’re evaluating candidates' assessments for.
  3. Apply the Assessment Type filter (One-Way, Live, Predictive Talent Assessment, Reference Check).
  4. Then apply filters based on Status. (see below).
Status Definition
📬 Invited All: The candidate was sent an invitation via Spark Hire Meet or has initiated the assessment process via an Invite Link.
✅ Submitted

Video Interview: Interview was completed, but no evaluations have been completed.

Predictive Talent Assessment: Candidate submitted their responses, but it's still being scored.

Reference Check: Candidate submitted their references, but no reference feedback has been provided yet.

⭐️ Evaluated

Video Interview: At least one evaluation has been submitted by a user on your account.

Predictive Talent Assessment: The submitted assessment has been scored.

Reference Check: At least one of the candidate's references has given feedback.

⌛️ Expired All: The deadline (or scheduled time) has elapsed.
Here are the statuses you can filter by in the Assessment list along with what they mean for each assessment type.

🏁 Filter by Submission and Evaluation Status

There are a variety of sorting and filtering options available to you on the Assessment list, but below are some initial recommendations.

  • Status: Submitted
  • Sort by:
    • Submitted at for chronological review

      OR

    • Fit Score or Workplace Motivation to prioritize strong matches

Apply the following filters and sorting:

  • Status: Submitted
  • References Completed:
