What is the Predictive Behavioral Assessment?

A Predictive Behavioral Assessment is a short, multiple-choice assessment you complete online. It helps the hiring team understand how you prefer to work, what motivates you, and how you may approach common work situations.

There are no “right” or “wrong” answers. The best approach is to answer honestly, based on what is most like you at work.

What to expect

You’ll receive an email invitation with a link to your assessment. You can complete it on your own time, as long as you submit it before the deadline.

Here’s what the experience looks like:

• A short welcome and a few quick notes about the process
• A consent screen with guidelines for completing the assessment independently
• An optional demographics section (if included by the employer)
• Multiple-choice questions presented one page at a time
• A confirmation screen after you submit your responses

The assessment is designed to be completed in about 20 minutes, and you can use a desktop or mobile device. If you need a break, you can leave and come back later using the same link.

How it works

When you receive the invitation email, click on View invite. On the following page, you will find more details about the company, the job, the assessment, and the deadline.

We’ll show you a few quick notes on what to expect, and you’ll have to review a consent page with guidelines for completing the assessment, including not using AI or tools that suggest answers, and not copying or sharing the questions. Depending on what the company selected, you may also see an optional demographics section. If it is included, you can choose to answer or skip it.

Next, you will answer multiple-choice questions about your work style and motivations. The assessment is designed to be completed in under 20 minutes, and you can take it on any device.

• If you need to step away, you can leave and come back later using the same link, as long as you submit the assessment before the deadline.

After you submit, you will see a confirmation message. The company will receive your assessment and will contact you with next steps.
