Create additional brands to give candidates a consistent experience across interview and assessment pages.
- From the left-side menu, go to Settings > Branding.
- Select Add additional brand in the upper-right corner.
- Enter a name for the brand.

Choose whether to make it your account’s default brand.
📝 Note: The default brand is used on pages that are not associated with a specific interview, including scheduling links and video messages. - Select Create brand.
After creating the brand, customize it using the tabs on the Branding page.
Add company information
From the Overview tab:

Enter or update the following information:
- Company name
- Location
- Website URL
- Industry
- Social media links
- Company summary
- Select Save.
This information may be shown to candidates when they complete interviews and assessments.
Add your logos
From the Logos tab:
- Under Header image, select Upload header image and choose the image you want to use at the top of your interview landing pages. For the best results, use a
.pngfile with a transparent background. -
Under Company Logo, select Upload company logo and choose your company logo. This logo is used throughout Spark Hire.
- Follow the prompts to upload and save each image.
Choose a brand color
From the Color tab:

Select the color swatch to choose a color, or enter its hex code.
- Select Publish color.
Spark Hire uses this color to generate complementary tints and shades. Call-to-action buttons use the main brand color.
Add photos
From the Photos tab:

Upload photos that give candidates an inside look at your organization.
- Select Save.
To see how the brand will appear to candidates, select See preview under Preview interview landing page.
Add a profile video
From the Profile video tab:
- Select the video area.

Choose a video from your library or record a new one.
- Select Save.
The profile video is shown to candidates before they begin their assessment.
Make an existing brand the default
You can change the default brand at any time:
- Return to the main Branding page.
- Find the brand you want to use.
- Select Make default next to the brand name.
