Windows/Mac

If you’re using a Windows or Mac computer for your Spark Hire one-way video interview, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, especially if you want to use a virtual or blurred background.

• You can download the latest version of Google Chrome here. (Recommended)

In order to use the latest version of Google Chrome on Mac, please ensure you are using macOS 13 Ventura or newer.

Mozilla Firefox is also compatible.

• You can download the latest version of Mozilla Firefox here.

Android

If you are using an Android device, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.

iOS

If you are using an iOS device, we recommend using the latest version of Safari.

If using an iPad, Safari may be set to request the desktop version of the site, which will be detected as incompatible.  To resolve this, go to your device Settings --> Safari --> Request Desktop Website and toggle this setting off. Once turned off, please re-enter the interview.
