Windows/Mac

If you are using a Windows or Mac computer, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, though Mozilla Firefox is also compatible.

In order to use the latest version of Google Chrome on Mac, please ensure you are using OS X Yosemite 10.11 or later.

Android

If you are using an Android device, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.

iOS

If you are using an iOS device, we recommend using the latest version of Safari.

If using an iPad, Safari may be set to request the desktop version of the site, which will be detected as incompatible.  To resolve this, go to your device Settings --> Safari --> Request Desktop Website and toggle this setting off. Once turned off, please re-enter the interview.
